Return and Refund Policy - PallyShop BD LTD

​At PallyShop BD LTD, we follow the "Digital Commerce Operational Guidelines 2021" set by the Ministry of Commerce, Bangladesh.
​1. Return Policy (Product Return)
You can return a product within 3 days of receiving it under the following conditions:
​Damaged/Defective: If the product is physically damaged or not working upon delivery.
​Incorrect Product: If you received a different item than what you ordered.
​Condition: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
​Note: For electronic gadgets, manufacturing defects will be covered under the specific brand warranty policy.
​2. Refund Policy (Money Back)
If you have paid in advance (Mobile Banking/Card/Bank Transfer) and we are unable to deliver the product, or if you return an eligible product:
​Timeline: We will process the refund within 10 working days (as per government guidelines) after confirming the return.
​Method: The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
​Delivery Charge: Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.
